I've bought whatever seems to fit Goth or Punk comics and read, but I can't say any of the characters would be a superhero.

I liked Serenity Rose from Serenity Rose, Volume 1. She's an early 20s witch and the graphic novel is her diary that she's keeping on the advice of her court-appointed therapist. (When she was a 16, there was a bullying instance and her reaction was to suspend the bus in mid-air. No one got physically hurt, but the courts said she had to see a therapist.) So quite a bit of it is her everyday, withdrawn life.

If I could check-out only one journal a-day, I'd rotate which journal would be the journal-of-the-day and probably stop skimming the community LJs and keep it to people's personal journals.

When I hear lie, I hear making a false statement on purpose.  When I hear omission, I hear an absence of statement entirely.  So I might see a relation, but I don't see it as the same thing.
