Toshibob Died an Airborn Death

So my room mate brought her laptop Toshibob home since her mother said she was going to have someone look at it to see if they could replace his cracked screen. Then they had a conflict and her mother threw him out the door. Since not even the hard drive survived, she needs a new one. Anyone Boston-ish got a cheap lap top that she could buy off of them with me as the go-between when I come home on a weekend? Or anyone have a connection to the Springfield/Chicopee/Agawam area that could help? It needs to be Windows because she'd like to run The Sims on it.
