Other social networking web sites and college scholarship databases and a few local sites to learn about clinical studies. There's also GMail, WFMU's Beware of the Blog's mp3 entries, Foamy the Squirrel, and Cat and Girl.

Edit: and Woot.com and Bing.com till I've earned the maximum Bing points for the day, then I switch back to searching with Google. Wikipedia and YouTube taken together results in several hours of music exploration.
