Second Sunday of Vacation

Got-up. Went to storage. Met Dante when he got back from Utica, but by that time I had gone to Bloc 11 and got a mocha con leche. He entertained me with his sense of humor. I had some Loompanics titles from the unit and all he has to do is read sections of them to make them funny. Went to Christopher's in Porter. He had a salad with beef on it. I had tofu fajitas and should have satisfied my nacho craving instead. We went to the Diesel. He attempted to drive me to my home subway station, but the road had 3 lanes closed-off so he dropped me by Park Street. I managed to make the last bus on time. Next time before I have him drive me closer to home, I probably should call some friends and ask if they're up for late-night hanging-out/sleeping over at their home.

Monday Two of Vacation

So I got up and. . .went to the storage unit, but couldn't spend long at it since I had to come back to meet-up with a friend. Unfortunately we could only meet long enough for me to give her some newspapers and have her sort for what she wanted. I got to re-meet a friend of hers that I last/first met when we had a Halloween trip to Salem last year. Came home and since I've let my LJ reading slide, started to catch-up on it. I had left off in the days before vacation. The room mate was online and one of the results of the IMing session was her passing me a copy of a cat icon she found and me turning it into my default icon. Had almost 3 slices of bacon pizza with Coke for dinner.
