A Little More Worthwhile to Rise at 9:15
Oct. 28th, 2006 11:59 pmLast night, between cat and bath, I managed to finish Performer, Northeast, October except the opportunities column and the Soundchecked section of Soundcheck Magazine, October by 1 AM before going to bed.
Since getting-up later than 9:15 is late to me, I was awake by that time. Wouldn't get-out of the house till around 11 though in order to pick-up a library book.
I gave in to my weakness for Brazilain cuisine. As soon as I can remember the name of the restaurant, I will post it's information.
The sausage is some of the most flavourful meat I've had. It beckons me back. Yet it only convinced me to get two of its kind to sit next to my lamb piece amongst the yucca flour with bacon bits, rice, chicken salad, and potato salad that was washed down with Guarana Antarctica. Only a small handful of rice was left on the whiteness of the plate from the 1.01 lbs. taken. Food, $5.56, soda, $1.00, before tax and 10 % tip (amount automatically added to the tab.)
Once at home, I just spent a chunk of the day cleaning my room. Except from 3:45 to 4:15, I decided to finish reading stuff@night, 10/24-11/06 (ok, I did not read the listing of 50+ salons on Newbury Street) and The Improper Bostonian, 10/25-11/7 (except for a few articles for going to work and right before bed.)
IN Newsweekly's IN Nightlife section for the week ending November 1st is next on the to read list.
Once there for my 5-11 PM shift at the deli, I found-out that two people called-in, which left myself with one guy till 8 and the woman who's primary duty is Boston Market till 9. I did manage to get the five machines left to take-down cleaned and the floor too.
Cried in the locker room from frustration of two parents that have repeatedly proven themselves futile to communicate with and lack of a safe space to cry and not be pestered by the mother at home.
Apparently I've eaten 8 Rice Krispies bars tonight, 5 during break and 3 after work.
